The Work Behind It All

This work is for the woman who feels disconnected from her body…

who’s done the thinking, the searching, the trying...

but still doesn’t feel fully home in herself.

This is where we return.

This is the space I hold - and how I came to this work.

I guide women back into their bodies through breath, presence, and embodied safety.

My Path

This work with breath and feminine embodiment has grown from both professional training and a deeply personal return to the wisdom of the body.

You may know the feeling of searching for something more... a deeper sense of meaning, healing, or connection - a quiet knowing that life is meant to feel fuller than this.

That was the beginning of my path too.

What I came to discover is that one of the most powerful gateways back to ourselves is something we carry with us in every moment - the breath.

And yet, so many women feel disconnected from it… from their bodies… from their own inner rhythm.

What began as a search for healing became, over time, a gradual return to the body, not through force, but through softening.

A remembering.

You might recognize this in yourself - the pull to slow down, to listen inward, to feel instead of just think… even if you’re not quite sure how to get there yet.

I was drawn into practices that invited exactly that - slowing down, reconnecting with breath, sensation, and presence.

This wasn’t a single moment of transformation, but a layered unfolding - one that continues to shape the way I live, and the way I guide.

Because this work isn’t something I “do” to others. It’s something I live.

And it’s the same space I now hold for the women I work with - a space where nothing needs to be forced, and your body is allowed to move at its own pace.

And if you’ve ever felt like you’ve tried to think your way into healing… but your body hasn’t caught up - you’re not alone in that.

Today, I guide women in using conscious breathing and embodiment practices - not as something to get right, but as a way to gently return to themselves, in a space where they feel supported, seen, and safe.

Not by pushing or fixing - but by creating the conditions for that intelligence to lead.

Because I believe this deeply...

Every woman carries a sacred intelligence within her - a creative life force that already knows how to guide, heal, and restore balance.

Sometimes, she just needs the space to hear it again.

Training & Influence

The spaces I hold are grounded in both deep personal experience and years of professional training - allowing your nervous system to soften safely, without pressure, force, or overwhelm.

This work is not about applying a rigid method or guiding you toward a fixed outcome.

It is about meeting you where you are… and supporting your body in returning to its own natural rhythm and state of expansion.

My training includes breathwork certification with Michael Bijker, alongside studies in Yoga, meditation & mind-body practices, Shamanism, somatic and energetic release, spiritual coaching, and feminine embodiment.

I have been influenced by the teachings of people, societies and lineages that honour the intelligence of the breath, body and ether, including Heart Mind Institute, The Four Winds Society, Crystal Cook, Sandra Ingerman, Yoga international and Inna Segal.

But more than any single modality, what shapes this work is the integration of lived experience - years of listening, refining, and deepening into what truly supports lasting reconnection.

You are not being guided through a formula here.

You are being held in a space that honours your pace, your body, and your own inner knowing.

Because at its core, it is not about the teachings themselves - but what they return us to.

If something in you is recognising this…
not just understanding it, but feeling it - that quiet pull back toward your body, your breath, your own inner knowing…

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

This is the space I hold for women...

...space to slow down, to soften, and to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, grounded, and deeply personal.

This is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone new - but returning to what has always been within you.

You are invited to begin in a way that feels right for you.
