These gatherings are where you finally get to let go of all you've been holding... where you can soften, breathe, and come back home to your body in a shared and connected space.
Each gathering is led with the same intention - to create and hold space for self reflection, awareness and expansion - yet each has its own unique direction and energy based on the women present.
Theres always such a special energy created when women gather together to share and heal.

I have never done a breathwork class before, but I am so glad I did! It made me stop for an hour each week and just ... breathe! Each session I walked out feeling completely calm and relaxed, and that feeling carried over into the rest of the week. I really enjoyed it and am planning to sign up to another class with Brooke next year. If you're curious about breathwork at all, just give it a go. You won't regret it!
Thank you for this wonderful series of workshops. I'm feeling much calmer heading into summer, and now know how to use breath work to recalibrate. Thank you Brooke! Would highly recommend.
