Before we women can find our natural resting place of being within ourselves, we must first accept, explore and embody our wholeness... including those parts we gave away to others, allowed to be suppressed, and those parts we let become the victim.
Our breath is a gateway to this knowing, this deep truth within us that is forever calling us to resurrect her... our wise and intuitive self.
