In our busy, overstimulated and over productive world, our bodies hold on to stress, anxiety, and unprocessed emotion that sends signals to the brain about our reality. Through the intentional breathwork and gentle embodiment practices of this journey, you’ll learn to release that storehouse of stress so your body and mind can open and become more receptive to slower, more intentional messages of safety, support and calm.

Modern science often teaches that the brain controls the body... yet, in truth, it’s the body that informs the brain. She is wise.

The nervous system is the first receiver of external stimuli, sending signals upward to your brain via the vagus nerve. This communication makes up 80% of your brain’s total activity. The brain then interprets these sensations, creating a story that it sends back to the body - the remaining 20%.

This process is what shapes our “wiring,” yet it is not fixed. You have the power to rewire your nervous system and rewrite your life experience.

This Breath Journey is designed to downshift your nervous system into a regulated state, allowing you to perceive your experiences from a place of balance, safety, and self-compassion and open up to the possibility of transformation. 

Understanding Your Nervous System

Your nervous system flows through three primary states:

Ventral (Regulated) – The balanced state. Here, you feel calm, connected, capable, and open to life. You can problem-solve, integrate new experiences, and feel anchored in presence. We can problem solve, cope with challenges and set-backs, and envision solutions.

Activated (Fight / Flight / Freeze) – This is the state many of us unknowingly live in most of the time due to the pace and pressure of modern life compounding on our early patterning. Here, the body floods with disorganised energy as it prepares for self-protection. The brain interprets these signals as things like “I can’t handle this,” "This is too much", leading to exhaustion, anxiety, and disconnection from your feminine flow.

Dorsal (Shutdown / Collapse) – When life feels unsafe or overwhelming, the nervous system retreats. We numb out, withdraw, and lose touch with our sense of purpose and vitality. The feminine essence becomes quiet, disconnected, and unsure. Here we become depressed, numbed out, and feel meaningless in the world.

Harnessing the breath invites the nervous system to soften and recalibrate. Through slow, rhythmic, and intentional breathing, the body begins to receive new messages - 'you are safe, you are loved, you are capable.' No one stays regulated all the time... and that’s part of the feminine rhythm. We are meant to flow through these states. When we fine-tune the body through breath and gentle somatic movement, we awaken a deeper connection to self, to the collective energy of humanity, and to the Divine Source that sustains all life. Here, the Divine Feminine within us can once again express her full, radiant power, opening us up to further and deeper wisdom of self.

  • Breathing Foundations
    Learn the foundations of breath in the body and practice full, conscious breathing through the energy channels.
  • Connecting the Breath
    Explore breathing techniques that guide the breath through and energy pathways and oxygenate the cells.
  • Regulating Breath
    Practice simple yet powerful breath techniques to regulate and soothe the nervous system.
  • Opening & Expanding Breath
    Engage the higher brain stimulation to open awareness and elevate states of awareness.
  • Somatic Movement
    Experience restorative Yin-inspired movements and postures to release tension and return the body to ease.
  • Meditation
    Rest in presence of the moment through concentrated awareness of the breath.
  • Energetic Release
    Allow intuitive emotional release if it arises during the journey — the breath will guide the process gently and naturally.
